Hoan Kiem Center - - Ha Noi - - The Tien Thuy Hotel is excellent value for money in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Rooms are relatively spacious and service is friendly and efficient without being pushy. Proche vieille ville.Accueil tres courtois.Service des chambres et ptit dej tres bien.Bonne organisation pour conserver les bagages pendant excursions à Along (1nuit) et à LAO CAI et SAPA (3 nuits),puis retour à l'hotel.
