Magnifique établissement avec une atmosphère authentique. Les riad est splendide, le personnel très attentionné et la médina accessible à pied. Petit déjeuner copieux. Seul bémol, les tarifs sont assez élevés et la climatisation de notre chambre laissait à désirer certaines nuits…
bel hôtel, idéalement situé sur les hauteurs nord de la médina, à 2 pas du coeur millénaire de Fès. un bémol concernant la cuisine européenne sans imagination proposée au restaurant principal "l'oliveraie" et pour les 15€ de supplément par personne qu'il vous en coûtera pour dé…
