there are not recepcionist in the night, I arrived very late to the hotel from the airport and I had to call a security company for come to open to me the door

Everything was ok.

I used the free available bicycle. When coming back at the station in the dark the lights did not work. So I had to take the taxi to the hotel and the day after to get the bike. This costed 40 Euro.

Sauber, nahe am Flughafen gelegen

offensichtlich ein ehemaliges Krankenhaus, das umgebaut wurde. Die breiten Linoleumflure laden Kinder zum rennen und laermen ein. Schallisolierung ungenuegend und der Krankenhaus-Charme wird den gehobenen Preisen nicht gerecht

Die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsdamen Sie waren sehr bemüht, mir gute Verbindungen nach Stockholm zu liefern.

Das Zimmer und das Ambiente entsprach in keinem Fall einem 4-Sterne-Hotel!

Das alles nach unseren Wünschen vorbereitet war (Kinderbett). Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

We hadden een extra bed gereserveerd d.m.v. e-mail verkeer, maar helaas, na aankomst in het hotel bleek het bed er niet te staan

Bra fukost.

Dålig luftkonditionering på rummet. För lite personal, hann inte plocka undan kvällens disk från uteplatsen. Såg illa ut då man ville sätta sej ute vid frukosten.
