Built in 1987, totally refurbished in 2005, near the access roads to motorways and town centre. Toulouse International Airport: 6km far. Novotel Toulouse Centre backs onto 10 ha of magnificent gardens, facing Congress Center, close by the heart of Toulouse (1km). Airbus site: 10km far.
Large redesigned spacious bedrooms with double bed & cosy sofa bed. All rooms with private bathroom, separate toilet, individual air conditioning, WiFi access, tea & coffee facility, etc. Swimming pool, bar.

Rooms: 135. Hotel Chain: Novotel.

Toulouse is great, but not this hotel. Not recommended.

There was little to like. It is a hike to the centre in a city with lots of central hotels. It is situated in a concrete wasteland. The staff appear to know nothing at all, either about Toulouse or about how to find things out. They were often friendly, but basically useless. The hotel has no atmosphere at all, there was practically no-one there. Room service was unavailable. The room was sad.

Reception staff excellent. No concierge, but reception people (especially Alexis) were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Name misleading: hotel was not in "Toulouse Centre", but a good 20 minute walk, 14 Euro cab ride, or 4 station Metro right from city center.

Clean accomodation and modern accomodation with professional appearance and staff appropriately dressed and easy to identify

The rest of the hotel is not very inviting or displaying what is available to use and what is included in the price. Not enough staff to speak fluent english and to deal with my checking out at a decent speed.

Le parking de l'hotel novotel est souterrain et haut de 1m90, toutes les voitures ne peuvent pas y entrer, et dans le parking municipal attenant on ne peut rester que 2 heures....d'ou difficultés pour laisser son vehicule 1journée complète!!! On m'a envoyé au parking de Compans caffareli en me disant que ce serait mieux et celui la était à 1m80 de haut.....
