Nexus Resort Karambunai lies on the west coast of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. The resort is just 30 minutes from Kota Kinabalu city, the capital and gateway to Sabah, and only 40 minutes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and Terminal 2 Kota Kinabalu. Transfers to the resort can easily be arranged by coach, private limousine or taxi.

インターメットの電源アダプターについて手配を求めたところ、探したが無いとの返事。しかし、フロントで他の担当者に確認を求めたところ。探してくれた。初日はハンドタオルが２枚あったが、それ以後、ハンドタオルの配備が無かった。初日、室内から電話で設備関係の問題で担当者に来てほしい旨の申し入れをしたが、何回にもわたり電話しても、すぐには来てもらえなかった。フロントでゴルフ場の紹介を求めたが、要領を得なかった。

Das facilidades do hotel

1. O check-in foi extremamente demorado, o que não é aceitável sobretudo num hotel deta categoria 2. O hotel fica muito distante do aeroporto e deveria ter um serviço próprio de transfers, gratuito ou a preço acessível (em vez de recorrer a taxis )

Il mare e la posizione della struttura;

Il personale dell'albergo è poco attento alle esigenze del cliente, dopo aver chiamato più volte la reception (in quanto la doccia perdeva acqua per tutto il bagno) nessuno è venuto a risolvere il problema, abbiamo continuato per una settimana a buttare asciugamani per terra per chiudere i buchi da dove usciva l'acqua. Odore di umido per tutta la camera.

ロビーのインテリアや庭の景色が、とてもマレーシアらしさを出していて、すばらしかったです。プライベートビーチもとてもきれいで、プールより海でずっと泳いだりくつろいだりしていました。とてもリラックスでき、のんびりとした時間を過ごすことができました。

部屋が少しカビ臭かったのが残念でした。
