Comfortable bed. They said free wet bar and free internet...wet bar had only H2O and one beer, and the internet did not work in the room. Took 20 minutes for them to bring towel to room. |

Hotel position and deco Many techical problems in the room: safe did not work, internet connection out of order, strange noices all night, could not use the shower as there is no door, so after use it becomes a lake!!! TV broke down the last day! So many problems during a 3 nights stay... |

We actually liked only location. Sequentially: upon arrival we've been given a room on 8th floor with "a perfect Ring view" - it turned out a mansard and we found smbd's luggage inside, so they changed to 2nd floor without anyview...; We camplained that all lamps in the room were cracking when cooling down - reception knew about that problem and suggested to wait for half an hour before sleeping!! ...Bell-boy entered our room without knocking the door (we've just returned from sauna) and asked if we were moving to another room, we said "no", he disappeared; we asked King-size - they gave Queen (2x1,5) for two adults - can smbd imagin that? They should benchmark from Sofitel in Munich in same price niche - that's a classy hotel. I would only recommend LeM to "Starwood Preferred guests" :-) |

Very helpful and nice staff, nice rooms and their design, big bathroom, good location The fitness and pool closes on weekends already at 7 p.m. so you can not relax in the evening. |

the free minibar contents , the friendly staff , the resturants are great in the hotel , rooms are always clean, modern and luxery hotel with nice location. not really , but the semi transparent door of the bathroom is kind of bothering |

Convenient location for the City Centre I had 2 rooms and both of them the sinks & shower water didn't drain away. After informing the hotel, they sent someone to fix it, but this clearly showed the staff and management are re-active and not pro-active to customer needs. |
