Located on the edge of the Parc Beaumont, a lovely city park in the heart of Pau, this hotel offers a traditional and stylish Pyrenean setting and luxury accommodation.

Resolutely modern, elegant and comfortable, Hotel Parc Beaumont offers a gourmet restaurant and the ideal location from which to discover the charms of the city of Henri 4. Blending raw materials such as parquet flooring, wood panelling, Arudy stone, silkscreen glass and design features, the interiors are bathed in natural light.

The luminous Bambou Spa features a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and 3 cabins for treatments with Decléor or Carita products.

Food & beverage

The gourmet restaurant, Le Jeu de Paume, is on the ground floor and offers a view of the Parc Beaumont. In the summertime, it opens onto a lovely terrace.

Chef, José Aniceto, serves delicious and inventive gourmet cuisine every day from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 22:00.

The bar, Le Grand Prix, welcomes you in a cosy and refined atmosphere for an aperitif or light dinner.

There is a private lounge available if booked in advance.

Room information

The City Rooms face residential buildings in the centre of town. They are warmly decorated with oak wood, wool fitted carpets, king-size beds, fully equipped bathrooms and a second entry door for more privacy. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.

Of the total of 12 city rooms, three are adapted for disabled guests.

Park Rooms face south with a view of the Pyrenees and Beaumont Park. They have a furnished terrace, wooden floor, bathroom with two entrances, separate shower, dressing table, and king-size beds or twins.

Area information

Pau is the ideal destination for rafting, mountain hiking, skiing, racing, or golfing. Pau Golf Club, founded in 1856, is the ancestor of the French golf course, and the oldest course in Europe.

The historical part of the town, the castle of Henry IV, and the several parks are a must while visiting Pau.

Pau is the gateway to the Jurançon and Madiran vineyards, where a wonderful wine experience awaits.

Nothing, the hotel was overpriced.

I am used to 4 and 5 star hotels but this was a very overpriced business hotel. There was a constant banging either from pipework that went on constantly throughout the night. I hardly got any sleep due to this. I complained to the hotel who turned off my air conditioning, this still didnt resolve the problem.

Very good quality hotel, modern and interesting architecture. Reasonable proximity to town centre, Excellant and unusual room design in some rooms at the front of the hotel.

No full length mirrors in the room, nor any coffee/tea making facilities, both of which I would expect in an hotel of this quality. Excellant service, but hotel had few guests making the bar and dining facilities a little sterile

bruyant (éliminatoire à mon gré), double vitrages nécessaires, produits de toilette (savon, schampoing) à améliorer considérablement, restaurant hors de prix, il a fallu répéter au personnel certaines demandes qui finalement n'ont pas été satisfaites (en 1 semaine...)
