Set in the heart of the largest golf of the Rhône-Alpes region in the protected nature area of the Dombes, this modern 3-star hotel has been harmoniously integrated into the landscape.

Hôtel et Golf du Gouverneur features very comfortable suites and rooms which are tastefully furnished and well equipped. The rooms overlook the golf and the landscaped garden with fountain, swimming pool and pool-house.This splendid property enjoys a unique heritage with the 14th century Château du Breuil and the du Breuil et Montalpan farmhouses. The gourmet restaurant serves a delicious cuisine.

The hotel is a real peace of heaven. Benefit from a thorough quietness and from a wide range of activities such as golf, tennis, horse-riding. Moreover, you will find many tourist attractions in the surrounding area: the bird park in Villars les Dombes, the medieval city of Pérouges as well as Lyon.

Location, comfort in rooms

The restaurant was closed - even though we had stated in our reservation that we appreciate reservation of table for a dinner..... We visit france for your exceptionel food and vine, i.e. lack of service in the restaurant was dissapointing.

Site magnifique, reposant et très dépaysant

Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hotel de ce type. Propreté limite, mauvais agencement, pas de décoration, aucun style, manque de chaleur.
