Helpful staff, clean rooms, good selection at breakfast buffet.

Bar closed early. Some parts of hotel lobby, corridors etc looked like they could do with a re paint. Restaurant meal only average.

We visited all the Normandy Beaches and museum.

I think this hotel could be upgraded a bit like other Kyriad hotels. The one near Charles de Gaule was more modern and inviting. You are in a very inviting location.. so it would be good to upgrade.

The room was very comfortable and in a great location away from the busy life of Caen. There was plenty of room for our children in the room. They did not charge us for internet use or the children eating breakfast.

Booking.com said they had a playground and they do not. There is one about 200m away.

Prestations laissant à désirer : pas de petits gâteaux, douche pas assez puissante, câble de télé retenu avec un scotch (d'où image floue), literie propre mais 1 cheveu + petits points noirs sur le drap???

La proposition de guidage par telephone pour acceder a l'hotel sinon rien

C'est un hôtel tranquille, d'accès facile, disposant d'un parking fermé la nuit.

Cet hôtel a besoin d'être refait. Les couloirs sont tristounets,, les peintures des portes écaillées. Il commence à dater. Chambres assez petites. Je comprends que la clientèle étrangère soit déçue à l'arrivée... après on s'habitue. On y dort bien, le lit est vaste, mais la légère odeur de moisi vous gratte un peu la gorge. On pense à Maupassant en attendant le petit déjeuner qui est très correct.
