The room was avaiable - the room we were assigned was on a street that stayed busy throughout the night, they refused to give us a room in the quieter back part of the hotel based on the rate thqat we paid |

very clean room. newly renovated yes. in a slum. nightly street brawls, across the stree from sex shops, adult porn stores. drug dealings, and prosittutes. hotel staff told me after check in not to be out after dark unless i took a taxi. taxis rarely available. had dangerous neighborhood confirmed by police and tourist info bureau. |

good breakfast , friendly staff, plenty of hot water. the window looked out on to a facing dirty wall( just a few feet away) and vents so the room was always dark. no coffee in the room |

Friendly & helpful staff, clean & tidy rooms & breakfast room. Easy-to-use WiFi Internet. Short walk to centre. Can hear other guests moving around from about 7 in the mornings - I think the doors (rather than the walls) are not that well insulated for sound transmission... not a problem if you're planning on being up&out early anyway! |

The hotel is in a very central location. Rooms are very good for the price. Breakfast should be included (it is a bit overpriced). Needs better sound isolation. |

Close to station and city centre. Receptionist was friendly and helpful and there is a night porter to let you in when you return in the early hours of the morning. |

とてもアットホームで、部屋もとても綺麗で良いホテルです。次回もPhoeniciaに宿泊したいです。５階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、毎早朝屋根裏を動物が走り回っていました。多分鳩でしょう。動物好きの私には、全く気になりませんでしたが。。。 |
