Free WiFi, near shopping mall, easy to park. Room was very small, beds were a bit hard and unconfortable. No extra pillows or blankets, no closet to hang your clothes. |

Very friendly staff (especially good for non-French speakers), clean, quiet room and reasonably comfortable for the price. The breakfast was standard but pefectly okay. Quite tricky to find the hotel in the industrial outskirts of Carcassonne (would have been impossible at night). |

We arrive on bikes at the end of our cycle touring holiday so for us it was perfect as close to airport and ind. Park where we could get bike boxes from Decathlon or Inter Sport for the return flight home, parcel tape from Mr Bricolage and food from Geant. Got a taxi to & from medieval city which was a bit expensive (tot. €30) but had excellent 3 course meal incl wine for €18 No - staff extremely helpful and spoke better English than our French! Would definitely use this chain again |

The Staff were very friendly The Location was to far out for a city break unless you were driving. we checked out after the 1st night & booked the Ibis in the city. |

It is very hard to reach it by public transport after 7 p.m. and is only suitable for guest with cars, as it is too far from the city center. The hotel would benefit a lot if it had play area, swimming pool or facilities for kids |

nothing we were totally misinformed about the actual location and proximity of this place - it was a shock to be delivered to an industrial/factory area. There was an in-house restaurant but they would not offer us a table - said they were fully booked ...we booked room 9 months ago - we had to walk over a busy motorway to find a McDonalds - very upsetting. We had booked for 4 nights - but only satyed one |

L'hotel era agradable, senzill, cuidat. El personal bastant agradable, ens van informar, i ens van facilitar l'estada. Esta perdut en una zona industrial. No esta ben senyalitzat. Es dificil de trobar. Les habitacions no tenen armari per deixar la roba. |
