L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Bonne situation dans la ville, proximité du château, la carte des menus et des vins, le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Un manque flagrant d'insonorisation, le parquet de la chambre mal posé, incomplet et déboité. Ameublement vétuste et de mauvaise qualité. Les meubles de la salle de restauration poussièreux.

Chambre trop froide, nous sommes allés faire une promenade en voiture afin de nous réchauffer. Radiateur de la salle d'eau défectueux, la douche ne fut pas un moment de détente. Grille d'aération des toilettes inexistante. Cuve entartrée. Portes de la douche à changer ou à décaper à la base. Télécommande de la télévision pour initiés.

La situation, proche du château, l'ambiance de l'hôtel chaleureuse et calme. La restauration est de très bonne qualité, le personnel agréable et accueillant, attentif aux besoins du client.
