very helpful staff in regards to re-allocating my elderly parents to a more convenient room

although smoking is banned in the hotel, quite a few customers were ignoring this rule, which made it uncomfortable for us none -smokers

Easy to locate, Near to Centre locations. Good outlook.

No Bar facilities only restaurant, unable to relax Spiral staircase to upper floor , difficult for elderly infirm to transfer luggage. Both of us elderly disabled (72yrs and 84 yrs.)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable especially after a whole day of travel.

Other hotels have signage in the city for directions, this one did not. It made it somewhat difficult to find. Also, meals at the hotel are way overpriced. You can save alot more money eating in town.
