The room was huge! It was perfectly furnished, even had a modern ironing device! The staff was wonderful, the receptionists spoke immaculate english, the maids helped us turn on the jacuzzi in the bath and operate the ironing device. The price we got through booking.com (66 euros for comfort double room) was so cheap compared to the perfect quality of the hotel!

Good practical, clean, modern hotel, may not have charm but is good value for money. Parking is excellent and very secure.

No air conditioning during a hot August night. Internet connection was not easy. Need to drive into town but not very far.

With no on-site evening food available at time of stay, the rundown retail park nearby wasn't a place I'd want to walk through alone again.

It's not clear what audience they are trying to serve. It's very much a residence hotel (long-term stay). Sparse room fittings (e.g., no tissue paper, plastic cups). Sound travels through floor. Mediocre breakfast. Location is in a parking lot mall a 15-20 min walk from any interesting part of down (and down a fairly noticeable hill). I would recommend only if you needed a long-term residence on the north side of Valence. In that case, it certainly seems better than others I have stayed in.
