Location good proximity transport and local shops. The very steep staircase was difficult with a young child. One of the beds was quite uncomfortable. |

It is very near to the metro/tram station Romario and municipal kerb design of road and the footpath is very good to navigate with heavy wheeled lugguage also. Good lung space infront of the hotel and good laundry and drying facility inside premises is good. The staff Mr. Vincent Petit is very efficient and left good instructions with key code and keys in the combination locker during holiday Dining table could have been a type which would have folded against the wall so that it will not hinder the entrance. Tea making facility would be a great value addition. |

I feel the very difficult reachability should be mentioned ! The bed was not really of good quality. The insulation of the building was not well and the heating was for too high. |

Room was better than expected for the money. Clean. Quiet. The keys were not in the safe to pick up. Thus we could not get into the room for a long time. However, first night charges were given back as recompense. Hotel difficult to find on foot in the dark. Need clear directions. |

Convenient location for centre of Lille Too many expensive extras. Rooms/linen cleaned/changed only once every 15 days, otherwise extra charge made. Wifi not readily available except at inflated price. Room terribly small, bed unwieldy. |

Hotel tranquille, pas loin de la gare avec un personnel souriant et disponible (les heures d'ouvertures) Les équipement de la cuisine, casserole et poele dégoutantes, il faut penser à les remplacer... Les horaires d'arrivé / de départ sont un peu juste. |

A vrai dire pas grand chose ... si ce n est la proximité avec le centre ville de Lille Rapport qualité prix médiocre.La propreté laisse franchement a désirer (nous avons retrouvé des cheveux dans la baignoire et sous le table...) les finitions ne sont pas faites (il manquait du carrelage au pied de la baignoire) le person nel est inexistant( on a du demander au personnel d un autre hotel de nous indiquer notre chemin) tout ca pour 149 euros la nuit!!! A éviter |
