room tidy although cramped with 3rd bed but as it was free of charge very good value, facilities good, pools good, the staff were attentive

drinks and food were extremely expensive is the only minus point, sun loungers always taken by 7am and guests would not use them till 10 or 11am sometimes later, which seems to be the case in all hotels, although the last hotel we stayed at in Lanzarote staff would remove towels from sun longers early in the mornings if the guests did not use immediately. another english tv channel would be useful

Clean, beautiful restaurant, swimming pools. Bathroom

Air conditioned directly on the bed, visual not so good (in front of Sandy Beach Hotel). However nice hotel!!

cleaning start at 8 am... breakfast ended sharply 10 am, these days are building activities next to the hotel - noisy
