The staff are the highlight of the Hotel. The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class. We had the set menu for Lunch on Sunday which was a lovely "Sunday Lunch" experience. The room we were allocated smelt strongly of smoke which was a disappointment as we are non smokers who had requested a non smoking room.The receptionist was so very nice and very apologetic, but as the hotel was full could'nt do anything to help.We just kept the windows open all the time. |

The staff at the Greenhills Hotel were attentive and friendly. Yes. I specified in writing through your website booking service that I wanted to reserve a non-smoking bedroom but was allocated a smoking bedroom (that was shabby & not very clean) separate to where my extended family were staying (who were all allocated recently redecorated bedrooms on the non-smoking floor). This is the second time this has happened to me when staying at the Greenhills Hotel. |

the girl on reception on the day we were checking out was very rude, just handed us our forms and left the desk after we paid. We were not sure if the transaction was complete or not, maybe she was in a bad mood but we both thought it was rude. the bar staff were very friendly. I would recomend this hotel. |
