The location was great. There was a beautiful garden and function room that we only discovered by chance. I realise that we travelled out of season, in October, but the hotel was fairly busy. We also thought that the hotel dining service was poor and the food was not up to scratch. We prefered dining in the Cite's cafe's. Much could be done to improve the hotels menu, for such a special location we expected more. |

The bathroom was a good size and bright, the hotel was in a very good location (centre of the old town). We parked out side the old city walls and a staff member collect our bags from the car. The breakfast was over priced for the choice on offer, also the breakfast room was very cramped which made the whole breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable. |

We stayed at Donjon Les Ramparts which is away from the main hotel. We were room only so it was of no importance. The room wasn't overspacious but it was spotless and had tea/coffee facilities. A rarity in a 3*. Loved the building Nor really. Might have been different if we had wanted breakfast. |
