It is also a place of prospects and progress with the "Palais des congrès", the exhibition park, the T.G.V. station, the airport and the motorways A10, A28 and A85.

Bathroom drain did not operate properly - allowed sewer gas to enter bathroom. Smelled very bad. Had to cover drains to quench smell. Awful but too late to change rooms.

The restaurant was quite good and they offered a good selection of foods for breakfast. The staff were pleasant.

The noise of the plumbing was severe (e.g., from toilet flushing in a nearby room).
