Holiday Inn Helsinki City West is a brand new hotel located only few minutes away from Helsinki City Center. Our modern rooms meet the expectation of both business and leisure travellers

The Holiday Inn Helsinki City West opened in August 2005. The brand new hotel is located in the business district of Ruoholahti, only a few minutes away from the Helsinki City Center and only 30 minutes drive from Helsinki Airport. Holiday Inn Helsinki City West is a high-standard business hotel offering 256 guest rooms equipped with all facilities that todays demanding traveller expects to find in a modern hotel. All our rooms come with adsl broadband and wireless connectivity, safety deposit box, hospitality tray and ironing equipment. Executive Rooms on the 9th floor offers guest a nice view over Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Restaurant Fokka, located on the ground floor, serves a choice of Finnish and International Cuisine, and why not end the evening with a glass of wine in our cozy lobby bar? 24-Hour Business Centre with adsl and wireless connectivity is available for our guest. Hotel guests can also use fitness facilities and enjoy relaxing Finnish Sauna after hard day at work.

This is a good business hotel which is located in the new Ruoholahti part of Helsinki, it's not ideal for people who are tourists, it'd be better then to stay in the centre of town.

I have been charged twice for the room! And already 3 days passed and I haven't received refund. Very bad hospitality!

I stayed in this hotel only for one night, but I really appreciate, that I got without problems early breakfast, when I had to leave earlier in the morning.

There was too much dust everywhere. Difficulties with parking, hotel parking is too small.

My desktop lamp wasnt working, however when I returned later my desktop light was not only working but on (even though I had said nothing to staff) - that was impressive !

The room was nice and the staff was great, perfect service!

The bed linnen had not been changed since the previous guest (I also found a pair of socks in my bed). However, when I mentioned this to the receptionist she sent fruits and chocolate to my room and the breakfast next morning was on the hotel. That was all it took to make me happy again :)
