At present they are doing some construction works in the inner yard under the windows, luckily only at day hours.

The decor and the sense of peace and quiet despite being on a roundabout!!!!! The picture in the brochure and on the wedsite is deceiving.This needs updating.

the door price was equal to the payed price by internet and the given room was not the best available...

No air conditioning and the room was very hot. Also building work below the window meant we were could not have window open and were woken early with noise from pneumatic drill

Comfortable bed, All clean and relaxing.

It wasn't possible to lay back and relax in the corner bath as it's head end was right beside the washbasin unit.

When you changed our room

The first room we were put into was terrible with inadequate air conditioning which did not work and we had had to change rooms at 2330 because there was no staff to help.

Very nice spacious room.

It took 20 minutes to check-out. There was a queue of people and the staff didn't know how to use their computers. They made mistake after mistake on the bills without being able to make simple corrections! They became stroppy and sarcastic when asked to provide correct bills. The breakfast gave us food poisoning!
