Charming Hotel where we will give you the best welcome.Close to the Napoleon square & pedestrian streets , excellent for a very nice walk.

Situated in the heart of town, close to the sailing boats port & the city hall, our quiet hotel shall surely charm you.

Quiet with good parking facilities.

Distance from the city centre and lack of any type of eating facilities in the area. The limited time that staff were available.

A bit far from the town centre and rooms a little basic and shabby. The hotel looks like it could do with redecoration and updating.

Checkin is not until 1730 and doors locked until then. Not convenient

I have not stayed in such a dirty, insalubrious hotel ever! The bed sheets stank on smoke, you had to hold your nose to visit the bathroom and my children coughed and got asthma from the damp, dusty atmosphere. I would never stay in a Balladins ever again, despite being very happy on previous occasions. I can not believe that this hotel was in the Balladins chain. Atrocious!!!

Staff friendly. Fridge with freezer in room, ideal for travellers to refreeze ice packs and keep food etc cool! Everything you needed, ie bed shower/toilet and own tv, fridge, microwave and cooker if you chose to use them, included in the room price.

We had friends the other side of the harbour so there was nothing in Octeville to do not even a good bar

Easy to find hotel. Quiet place. Not in City Center but on the way you can see all town.Staff speak English and very friendly.

Floor was a bit cold so maybe they need to put small rug next to bed, but its not nesessery,we could take sleepers with us.

Budget hotel, not really posh, but for the price is very good.

If you arent taking a car, be prepared for a lot of walking into town and back.
