Staff really friendly and great location

Bit pricey but normal for Paris

Location was excellent. Very lively area. Great for shops, restaurants and access to tourist areas. Metro stop very close to hotel.

We booked a 'Junior Suite' but it is really just a double with a lobby. The third bed was in the 'lobby' area and was just a fold up bed. But then, this is Paris! The standard of cleaning in the room was not great. However, the location made up for some of the shortcomings.

Receptionists helpful, friendly and efficient. Beds and bedlinen very nice. Location excellent - eateries, Place de Vosges right on your doorstep.

The noise from Rue de Turenne at night was unbelievable (front rooms) - fine for heavy sleepers, and there is nothing that could be done about it by the Hotel unfortunately.

Convenient location

No Air Conditioning, cost of breakfast, beds tooooooo soft.

The location was spectacular. Otherwise, everything was mediocre.

There's very little space so I'll be brief: this hotel cuts too many corners. Soap isn't replenished. Sheets aren't changed. Total paper and tissue are the cheapest possible. There is not enough storage space. Internet is ridiculously expensive. I know that real estate in Paris is expensive so rooms are small, but much more could be done to accomodate guests' needs for space
