I got what I wanted: a cheap (by European standards) place to stay with no frills. It's not in the nicest part of town, and the rooms are equipped with just the essentials. But they do have free wireless internet, which is useful for many business travelers.

Noisy neighbors.

The annoying "access code" system for weekend nights. I understand that it may not be efficient to keep personnel on site all the time but why can't there be a lock to the entrancedoor which opens with my room key card???

Small, friendly hotel.few minutes drive from Geneva. Rooms are tiny, but that's OK for short stays. Golf, bowling, tennis, several good restaurants available in the village.

The best part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Rarely would one find staff this good. The quality of the food was also excellent.

The room are a bit small but worth it considering the price.
