Badly needs to be decorated and re-carpeted - expensive because of that.

There was a lovely terrace with a sea view from our room and there was an excellent breakfast included in the price. The comment about price can be aimed at whole area. Compared to other hotels in this area this was a reasonable price

Good service and breakfast. Only 5 min. walk to the old town and the habour.

We checked out after one day. The shower didn't work, the toilet didn't flush, the air conditioning unit from the above balcony continually leaked on to the balcony. It was clear, given the size and depth of the stain, that this had been happening for a long time. The staff denied all knowledge of these faults, which was clearly a lie, or they were very, very unobservant.

Comfort of accommodation. Staff assistance. Breakfast was excellent. Proximity to park, local shops, restarauntsand transport links (bus) to Nice and Monaco. Staff were excellent, very helpful and accomodating Room was comfortable

amazing view - need to ask for the room with a balcony

room was very small - but view and balcony made up for that

Buffet breakfast was very good. Air con in the room meant the room remianed cool which was very refreshing given the hot weather.The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned and fresh sheets put on the bed every day.

It would have been nice to be able to sit on the balcony to the room but there were no chairs provided on the balcony or in the room. Also, our room had a joining door with the room next door which meant we could hear every movement in the adjoining room includung people brushing their teeth!

Walk in the front door, dirty carpet. In the room did not want to walk in my bare feet. The sheets did look clean and recently folded.
