Staff are friendly and supportive. We started the breakfast earlier than the regular opening by 30 minutes but it was not a problem, flexible handling of the situation.

Heating can not be regulated in the room (central regulation). We had asked for portable heater and the staff provided it luckily. Outside temperature was 2 degree of Celsius at the night.

Nothing really , it was just ordinary.

For a four star hotel, it lacked a coffee machine in the room, It was too far out of town compared to other same priced hotels.

die Bar war angenehm, die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr nett, der Parkplatz ist sehr großzügig,
