Excellent staff, quiet location (but busy hotel), room modern and clean. Best shower ever.

Food not good at all and I was there for 10 nights. And the pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep on. They are sort of spongey foam, small and square, horrible.

Very comfortable and friendly, and extremely child-friendly.

This is very minor, but still: The hotel is actually several KMs out of the city. This is not much of an issue, but it wasn't clear from information on the site.

Room was beautiful. Bathroom was beautiful. Food was very expensive.

Need rooms that would accommodate 4 people. Travelling with 2 teenagers make it difficult with finding rooms with 2 double beds. Had to book 2 rooms as the sofa bed was too small for 2 teenagers to use.

I was informed that the breakfast was not included and was only at checkout informed that the breakfast was included during the weekend (2 out of the 3 days that I stayed there).

The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully equipped;

It would be useful to have a mirror in the bedroom, situated by the desk area for when applying makeup/ drying your hair. (Bathroom lighting is not good for applying make up)
