I have stayed in many Hiltons, but this one was a bit of a disappointment. The room was not very clean, the staff did not replenish the supplies of coffee, tea, suger, etc. It took a few calls. Not at all value for money. |

The check out concierge was a competent worker. Price of the minibar was not clearly listed ( and eur7.0 for 25cl of plain water is a bit too much). There was a crack in the ceiling of the room. We were woken up by a phone call at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday being offered the "special breakfast offer" when we specifically asked for breakfast arrangement when we checked in. The carpet in the room is old style. Slippers were totally absent. |

The view we could enjoy was beautiful and the room we've been staying was calm enough (despite the fact the hotel stands near a big road). The infrastructure and the staff are not in line with a five stars hotel: the staff is unable to cope with (even) simple situations and the infrastrures (mainly bathrooms) are obsolete. |
