convinient location

room was fairly new, but looked incomplete, restaurant menue was poor, salad was drenched in dressing and chicken was uneatable, service was slow.

Price way to high just for overnight without breakfast.Expensive rate for internet. Room was placed in the ground floor-not the best solution!

Despite not receiving my booking.com reservation hotel staff without hesitation or reserves sorted out things and dealt with it very well. Kudos for that.

Facilities and location.

Discussion with hostess at breakfast about whether I was entitled to breakfast because I hadn't pre-arranged it. It is usually fairly standard practice to just turn up for breakfast and pay on check out. This was settled in the end though.

spacious rooms

only the third room I was assigned was cleaned. The final room I was assigned was very close to the hotel bar terrace so there was quite some noise till late and I had to sleep with ear plugs all week.Also, there was a bus strike going on in the Netherlands but I would have appreciated it would have been mentioned before waiting for a bus that never came .

Easy parking. Good room.

Breakfast service or lack of it ! A good buffet spoilt by the tables not being set and tea/coffee not served. A long walk back to the table with food that had then to return for cutlery. There was always a long queue at the coffee machine. There were many staff collecting plates etc and it would not take much to have them at least serve tea/coffee.Lack of Tea/Coffe in room. Expensive Internet.
