fantastic view and central postion

Breakfast was lacking in a selection of fresh fruit - which is so abundant in the market!!!

The staff were polite, friendly, helpful - nothing was too much trouble, there was plenty of room within the hotel to sit and people watch, read and generally relax

The only criticism was the bed - very hard - but is that Portuguese beds in general - as the hotel we stayed at in April had the same problem!

The Roof Top Terrace and sun loungers (parts of it in the shade) is really nice to relax. The location is perferct, right on the beach (small but nice), it is near all the Restaurants, pubs and a big shopping centre. You can get a cheap fast train to Central Lisbon very easy. Really enjoyed a long wknd here

The Swimming pool area could do with a re-vamp but otherwise I thought everything else was up to a high standard

Central location in town, ideal for exploring the area withot a car.

I felt the pool was poorly maintained, its old but it can be cleaned and maintained.

Very convenient location: close to the ocean and the town centre.

Breakfast menu definetely needs improvement - very poor choice. Change of dishwashing machines is crucial, nearly half of dishes had dry food that hadn'been washed away properly. The shower was the most unconvenient to use, absolutely no possibility to wash yourself without washing your hair. The walls and the doors let all the noise from the corridor inside your room.

Dishes and trays which we used during breakfast sometimes were not clean
