The reception staff where very friendly.

It had very basic facilities.

Reception personnel was very helpful and friendly

The strange layout of the superior double room and the old-fashioned hairdryer, which is unfortunately common in many other hotels as well.

The view from the superior room to the lava pools, the breakfast, the helpful receptionists, the sauna and the indoor pool, and the beautiful village of porto moniz

At arrival we could not have the room we booked (all of the superior rooms were full), we had to wait one night to have that room; the restaurant is not operating at the hotel, the restaurant polo norte, where the dinner can be spent, is definitely not a good restaurant

balcony with sea view. good sized room. free swimming pool and sauna.

internet use should be free. no air conditioning in the room.

Even with a mountain view you could still see the sea. Under hotel parking was convenient.

Euromoniz was very central with good facilites. Rooms were very spacious and clean and staff very pleasant.

The restaurant was not open for dinner

Convenient location

We were disappointed at the look of it from the outside, but discovered inside was far nicer than the external impression

very clean well presented hotel in with pleasant view in peaceful surroundings.

bed too hard so put extra blanket under my sheet. No heating in the room and with the sun not reaching our room or balcony for the time of year I was quite chilly in room .

Emplacement ( proximité mer, point de vue); chambre vaste et confortable; une suite pour 58€ petit dej. Compris,on passe facilement sur les ondulations du faux plafond de la salle de bain en cas de vent violent(ce n'est pas rare à Porto Moniz.La très belle ballade,facile,en suivant la levada lelong de la ribeira de Janella, à 3 km au dessus de l'hôtel.

Sous traitance de la restauration(midi et soir) dans deux établissements dont un n'est pas à recommander, au moins en basse saison :Pole Norte (indisponibilité de plats figurant ou boissons à la carte, erreur dans l'addition...).
