the location was all i liked about the Travelodge the bed was too small, worn out and uncomfortable, the room was too. it was the most expensive room I've stayed in on a one month tour in Europe and it was the worst value. |

location in the city centre the early check-in fee. Also that it was in close proximity to loud bars, but I would have expected this taking into consideration its location |

Location Staff rude. Absolutely minimal facilities. I know it's inexpensive (comparitively) but politeness and perhaps some shower gel would be nice! |

All staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome. The breakfast was basic but was cheap and all we needed. The location is great for all city centre activities The hotel has a tired look, in need of an update. Our room was probably the worst in the hotel having no window. It was not very clean and the pipework in the bathroom was rusty. There was no complimentary soap in the bathroom which was odd as there was ample tea and coffee making supplies. |

Room was clean and well furnished for price. There was excessive noise from doors being repeatedly slammed at 2-45am, this ruined my stay. The TV remote control was damaged and did not function correctly. The room was cold and the central heating was very poor. Even with the radiator control set to the maximum (5) the radiator was scarcely warm to the touch and totally inadequate. I assume that this was an ill-considered economy measure. |

It was central The room was shabby and on the verge of being dirty. On my last morning I had put a 'do not disturb' sign on my door. I was awakened by a very loud radio playing directly outside my door; I suspect belonging to the cleaner. |
