Located in the city centre, this hotel is adjacent to the Grand Opera House and Belfast City Hall, a few minutes’ walk from Victoria Square, Castlecourt Shopping Centre and Dongell Place.

The hotel is also walking distance from Waterfront Hall, a choice of restaurants, pubs and bars. The hotel offers an excellent standard of 3-star accommodation and rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults or one person in complete comfort. The hotel also boasts Innfusion Restaurant, serving international cuisine at reasonable prices, and Inntro Bar which serves excellent bar food.

Enjoyed our evening meal, spacious foyer and comfortable room. Also enjoyed the central location of the hotel and the friendly atmosphere in the hotel itself - looking forward to going back for longer sometime

Not the hotel itself but as we paid £15 for parking I would not like to have to pay the full parking rate for more than one night. Also had to wait until we arrived at the hotel to know where there was suitable parking as it is difficult to tell from city maps which car park is appropriate - the one we thought we could use from consulting a map beforehand was actually closed.

Central Location

Bin men in the morning and noise. Also charging for WIFI is outragous. For example previous week stayed in Clarion in Cork wifi in my room but you wanted £5 per hour or £10 per day. Parking is also an issue could you not have some arrangements with local car park authorities fror a reduced rate.

It was very centrally located. The rooms were very clean and comfort. The head housekeeper went to a lot of trouble to get a treble room for us. She was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 327.

The car parking was a good bit away from the hotel.

the location of the hotel was good.

The receptionists were very rude and unhelpful. There was no car parking facilities. The room was very basic and there was not enough towels in the room.

Staff were v friendly It was central which suited our needs

I thought the price of breakfast was expensive. We didn't have it. Although there were 3 of us in the room, there was only towels and mugs for 2.

The hotel was good value for money.

House keeping was of a low standard. The room was booked for 3, but only 2 of everything was set up, ie towel, cups, glasses, etc.
