Great location,Some staff members were really friendly and helpful,great breakfast,funky decor and large rooms Some staff members on the sunday morning where less than enthusiastic,although we were given a room at the back of the hotel away from the main road there was alot of noise from air conditioning units etc as well as bottles from the bar being dumped into bins,i managed to get about 2 hrs sleep the first night,also on the last morning of our stay we were woken up with the noise of grinders. |

The Breakfast. I stayed in the same hotel six years ago when it opened and thought it was fantastic. This time I was disappointed.The walls were grubby in places (although it was being re-painted). The edge of the bed is still as sharp as it was. Overall I just thought it had lost something it previously had. |

location, super king bed, carpet,linen, top floor no resident's lounge/bar, only a few seats in the foyer. Bar/grill very noisy & smokey. Poor receptionist. Didn't even enquire about our stay. Toilet paper couldn't be found for me for the ladies loo on Sat 9.15am. Same had not been cleaned from the previous night. I waited some time for receptionist or housekeeper to bring loo paper and eventually had to use gents loo. Wardrobe doors rattled |

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, Our room was very well laid out with everything you could possibly need for your comfort of stay, The service in the grill bar/restraunt was of a 5 star quality, Menu had a wide range of food something for everyone and the location of the hotel was perfect for shopping, site-seeing and transportation. |

The staff were very mannerly and attentive, even findind us a table in the packed bar when we returned to the hotel after a night out. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Belfast's main shopping area and many bars and restaraunts. The room was lovely and breakfasts were very good. |
