The room was very nice and comfortable

The misleading of the advertisement of £99 with the meal in 1 of the restaurants that was closed. At breakfast I had to point out the bread was mouldy, and I asked for a cot and it did not arrive till gone 11pm.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean.

Started by the reception when the receptionist would not let us check in - arrived at 1.50pm. WiFi access - 2 trips to the reception to sort out kept giving me wrong code. Meals - the rate on our room was for half board, but they argued with me and said it was for b&b, got a copy of our booking and after 1 hour they gave us a coupon for the bar, the bar staff/waiter took another hour to serve us

I would like to say a big thank you to Karen at reception. When I arrived home the next day I realised that I'd forgotten my jacket and Karen took the time to look for it and rang me telling me that she had found same. My 5yr old son and I went to see the wwe Wresteling at the Odysee and on checking out he had a great conversation with the girl on the desk who knew all about wrestling.GREAT Staff

Our two nights were very dissappointing and we will certainly not be recommending the Ramada Belfast to any of our friends or clients. Poorly trained staff in the restaurant, poor attention to guest comfort in the bedrooms - mouldy shower curtains, badly cleaned bathroom, glasses not replaced the following day.. Just not good enough for a four star hotel of international standard.

The indian was great lovely staff!! And the service for the breakfast was excellent

Had i known it was as far out i honestly would have booked somewhere closer to the centre, but still a really nice place.
