The Reception staff were very helpful especially when our reservation was not made by your company! I have no complaint with the Hotel - my complaint is with Booking.com!

The double beds were very uncomfortable - two of you in the mind and you rolled together!

We were very impressed with the en suite door which opened and closed in to 2 frames.

The random way everyone collects their breakfast. The layout could have been better so each person could follow on around the room in an orderly line.

I liked the fact that 3 of us could share a room, this made our stay far more enjoyable!

3 people were booked to be staying in our room, but the hotel only catered for 2. This I did not think was very good.

renovation works that awe was not informed of. no room to eat breakfast in. ( bafg delivered to your dooe which contained 1 apple, 1 banana, biscuit bar and orange juice. the rest you had to get from a makeshift room next to reception and take back to room.

The hotel and the room were very clean. Most of the staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast gave us a lot of choice.

We had asked for a cot at the time of booking, but cot was not in room when we arrived. As we checked in late (2230 hrs) I thought it would be easier to just get the travel cot out of the car and use that in. We just had enough space to fit this in the room. One guy on reception (didn't get his name) was next to usless. That said, Kriss, his colleague was very helpful
