Breakfast Booked double room for single occupancy - non available on checkin - given family room - had no curtains - given twin room with most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in & broken tv (fixed it myself) with no operating instuctions |

not a lot ! the hotel had horrible run down atmoshere. badly run. bad quality etc etc The reception staff were very limited in wot they spoke and said. Information about hotel was in correct as Freddies bar was no longer open even though the room information book had all info about it in it ! It was not value for money at all |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful The first room we were given was appalling. The carpet was stained, there was damp on the walls and the single bedspread was wet from damp and marked with blood stains. The second room was better but curtain had to be fixed, plughole filled with hair, extractor fan didn't work. |

Close proximity to the shops/restaurants/attractions in Clifton. Reception staff friendly and helpful Needs some redecoration particularly in public areas. Good for a short stay. |

All members of staff with whom we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. This is the third time we have used the Westbourne and we will continue to do so, as long as it is necessarry for us to come to Bristol. |
