Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, within a stone’s throw of the Jardin du Luxembourg, Résidence Le Prince Régent offers luxury apartments.

The residence features 15 apartments, from a 4-room duplex to studios, fully furnished and equipped thus providing full autonomy for the duration of the stay.

This old 18th century building was restored into an apartment hotel and offers impressive service and features modern furnishing.

Ideally located in one of the most prestigious districts of Paris, between Boulevard Saint Michel and Boulevard Saint Germain, Résidence Le Prince Régent provides quiet accommodation in a lively neighborhood.

The location was excellent, very close to so many things of interest and yet away from the major tourist areas. Although small, the facilities of the apartment were good. We could come and go at any time.

The apartment was very small however we knew it would be small when we booked.

Good location, great staff, very helpful, comfortable room.

Not sure it was really 4 stars - the courtyard grounds were a little run down, the efficiency apt had no microwave. Good concept, but on the expensive side for what we got.

nice building, nice area, extremely well located

sofa-bed was dirty and the matrass very old; the double bed was only 1.90m long and 1.20m wide, not what I'd call a double bed ...; as this is a residence and not a hotel, they should not be renting their rooms as a hotel.

quiet, clean, good location

Quite small for an apartment room, double bed comfortable but small and not much room to move in the bedroom. Also very small shower. Living area and kitchen were practical

chambre type studio avec cuisine, refait à neuf avec mobilier sympa, donnant sur cour intérieure, quartier très calme

pas de clim dans la chambre, mais dépannage pas un (gros) clomatisuer sur roulettes; pas de petit déjeuner le dimanche; accueil par intermittance, en particulier lors du checking out, où le desk était fermé avec un panneau "je reviens dans 20 minutes": après 25 min d'attente dans la rue, nous avons laissé la clé dans une boite aux lettres!
