The (British) proprietor is very helpful and arranged our next hotel for us on the phone. The rooms are comfortable if small, breakfast was good for France, location very handy if you have a car, too far out of Vence if you dont.

The outside looks very tired (which gives a false impression of the rest of it), the pool is right next to a busy road, as is the outdoor seating. I would imagine the rooms at the front would be noisy.

The free WiFi throughout the hotel (and even beside the pool) was much appreciated as was the helpfulness of the (British) owner. Breakfast outside is a nice touch. Don't be put off by the busy road immediately outside - the rooms are well double glazed.

Good location. Air-conditioned rooms.

A bit like a boarding house. Rules posted everywhere. Over familiar owner. Poor breakfast.

The hosts were extremely accomodating. I was traveling alone, but while there they had to cater to a large group of guests. I noticed they were accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself, while being on a main road to the old town, was well insulated and quiet.

The Owners were most welcoming and gave us excellent advice about the local area and restaurants, they could not have been more helpful in fact if we returned to the area we would certainly stay in the same hotel

Gute Lage (schnelle Ereichbarkeit von Vence, St. Paul, Nizza, Cannes und Monaco), sehr günstiges Pauschalarrangement (3 Nächte bleiben und 2 zahlen), ideales Hotel für Leute die die Cote d Azur besuchen wollen und sowieso das Hotel nur als Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind innen renoviert.

Etwas kleine Zimmer, man hört trotz der Schallschutzfenster doch leicht den Straßenlärm, Frühstück könnte für EUR 9,-- doch etwas üppiger sein.

L'aubergiste très agréable,la tranquilité meme si l'hotel est au bord de la route et le cadre.Très agréable en famille. Petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine très délassant.

Hotel razoável.. vaso do banheiro tinha pouca vazão, sugerindo entupimento, quarto pequeno. Funcionários atendiam bem.
