The location is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. However, the drains smell and my room was not hoovered everyday. There is no kettle in the room and no shampoo. You should tell your guests- especially from the UK and US that they should bring shampoo etc. We are not used to having none in the rooms or the price of toiletries in Denmark!

Very comfortable beds.

We booked a smoking room, if we knew we would get a non smoking room we may have stayed elsewhere. The cleaner entered the room at around 10 :30-11am while we were naked, very inconsiderate. Also we found that the halls were messy with the maids stuff.

The hotel had excellent staff, they were very cheerful, helpful and quite informative

Very small room, which was dirty and smelly, windows do not open and it was quite stuffy.

The staff were pleasant and accomodating.

My room was nothing like the pictures on the website. I felt that the price was high for the standard of room and bathroom. The hotel seemed cramped and was poorly decorated. The room was very basic, the bathroom was clean but unpleasant.

close to the station

shower tiles were broken, it smelled like a bad drain, it look very poor room, bed sunked in the middle.

Mold in the shower cubical..................and hair from previous guest. I checked in late so never reported it.

Seems like a perfect hotel for short stays in the city :) Good location, comfortable (if a bit small) rooms (but that's why I say short stays ;), friendly staff...

Had minor communication trouble at the check-in, but that might as well been my fault :)

Too plastic, over priced. Staff were helpfull. Hotel very bland with no influence of Denmark's strong interior design styling.
