This renovation will be completed intwo phases. Phase one includes the renovation of the first 16 units andwill consist of re-carpeting and re-painting the entire units, as wellas re-glazing all kitchens and bathroom cabinets. The renovation alsoincludes adding new floor tiles, new bedroom and mattress sets, and newliving room furniture. Phase two will begin on December 1, and consistsof renovating the remaining 16 units.The construction on Gulf Blvd is now taking place in our driveway. Wehave a new access point across our lawn with dedicated flag people 24hours a day to direct our guests. The access point is south of ouroriginal driveway and road sign, outlined by orange cones. We areinforming during any calls directly to the property. The expectedcompletion time could be another week.
